Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of this website and to website design and support services provided by HOLF Digital, part of HOLF Collective. By engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

HOLF Digital designs, builds, and hosts websites for local and small businesses, and provides ongoing support and hosting continuity as a separate, optional service. Project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed with each client individually before work begins.

Project process

• Projects begin with a discovery step to confirm scope and content requirements
• A private preview link is provided for review before any site goes live
• Changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately
• Sites go live on the client's domain only once the client has approved the preview

Payment

Build fees are due as agreed at the time of engagement. Domain costs are passed through at cost with no markup. Year 1 hosting is included in the build fee; hosting and minor edits from Year 2 onward are available on an optional annual plan, priced separately and confirmed before renewal.

Content and ownership

You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to any content you provide (text, photos, logos). Once a project is paid in full, the finished website content becomes yours. HOLF Digital retains the right to reference completed projects in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hosting

Where HOLF Digital provides hosting, this is subject to the underlying hosting provider's own terms and availability. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

HOLF Digital will deliver services with reasonable care and skill, but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a website we build or host, including loss of business, data, or revenue, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
